of the first part, and the FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION , of state

WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations,
to it in hand' paid by said party of the second part, at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt Whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and confirmed unto the
said party of the second part, and to

Being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at a 1/2" Iron Rod marking the Northwest corner of the
southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of section 28, Township 28
South, Range 16 East, pinellas county, Florida; thence south 000
10' 22" west along the West line of the Northwest 1/4 of said
section 28, a distance of 1199.85 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continue south 00010'22" west, along the west line of the
Northwest 1/4 of said section 28, a distance of 28.43 feet to a
point on the existing Northerly right-of-way line of state Road
580, said point also being a point on a curve concave Northerly
having a radius of 417.46 feet, a central angle of 08006'31", and
a chord bearing of North 58003' 48" East; thence Northeasterly along
the arc of said curve and said Northerly right-of-way line, 59.08
feet; thence North 00010'22" East, 24.21 feet to a point on a curve
concave Northerly, having a radius 702.95 feet, a central angle of
04038'20", and a chord bearing of South 61039'50" west; thence
Southwesterly along the arc of said curve, 56.91 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING.
