TO RESTRICTIONS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that WHEREAS, John P.
Confer, Jr. and Linda Sue Confer, his wife; and Thomas H. Densmore and
Margaret L. Densmore, his wife; as owners in fee simple of the following
described real property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lots 20 and 21 of Highland Lake Subdivision, as recorded in
Plat Book 30, Page 1, of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida,
on July 13, 1972, executed certain restrictive covenants restricting and
limiting the use of said described real property; and
WHEREAS, said restrictive covenants were recorded on the 27th day
of July, 1972 in O.R. 3841, pages 490 through 491, of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, said restrictive covenants as recorded provided that they
shall not be amended, changed or modified without the written consent and
approval of the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, a muni..
cipal corporation; and
WHEREAS, said owners have requested and the City of Clearwater has
consented to certain amendments to said restrictive covenants;
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned, John P. Confer, Jr. and Linda
Sue Confer, his wife; and Thomas H. Densmore and Margaret L. Densmore,
his wife; as fee simple owners; and the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal
corporation, in consideration of the foregoing and other good and valuable con..
s ide rati ons , receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do covenant and agree
as follows:
1. That restrictive covenant #4, as contained in said original
Restrictions as recorded in O. R. Book 384J, pages 490 through 491, of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
4. There shall be an opaque fence erected along the South side and
the East side of said Lot 20, by the owner of Lot 20, who shall
also properly maintain said' fence.

2. The parties hereto hereby ratify and reaffirm all of the remaining
restrictive covenants and provisions as contained in said original restrictions
recorded in O.R. Book 3841, pages 490 through 491, of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida. The parties further agree that said restrictions
and covenants shall be perpetual and shall apply to and be forever binding upon
the owners, their grantees, heirs, executors, administrators, success ors and
assigns and all parties claiming through them, and that said restrictions and
covenants shall not be further amended, changed or modified without the
written consent and approval of the City Commission of the City of Clearwater,
Florida, a municipal corporation.
