SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this 13th day of February, A. D.
1961, between STANDARD DEVELOPMENT COMPANY and CLEARWATER MEDICAL
ARTS, INC., corporations existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, having their principal place of business 1n the County
of Pinellas, State of Florida, parties of the first part; and the
CITY OF CLEARWATER, a Florida municipal corporation, of the
County of Pinellas and State of Florida, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of ten ($10.00) dollars to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the

It is the intention of the Grantors hereby to convey unto
the Grantee in fee simple, a 60r right of way for Barry Road from
Highland Avenue eastward 627.11 more or less to the existing Barry
Road right of way in Gates Knoll Subdivision.
To have and to hold the same in fee simple forever.
And the said parties of the first part do covenant with
the said party of the second part that they are lawfully seized of
the said premises, that they are free of all encumbrances, and that
they have good right and lawful authority to sell the same, and
that the said parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant the
title to said land as against themselves and claimants under them,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all such
