A G R E E MEN T
THIS AGREEMENT, made by and between MARY L. CLARK,
a single woman, herein referred to as "Purchaser," and the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, herein referred to as "City, "
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on even date with this Agreement, Purchaser
acquired Lots 1 and 2, ALFRED ENNIS SUBDIVISION, Plat Book 19, Page 75,
City of Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, as part and parcel of the conveyance, the City of
Clearwater has modified certain restrictions heretofore existing against the
property, and extended these restrictions to Purchaser, and incident to
said modification, Purchaser has agreed to certain terms pertaining to
restrictions on resales of the property and profits, which the parties desire
to reduce to writing. It is, therefore,

which said Agreement is, or which shall be, recorded in the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, then in such event any and all profits shall belong to
the City of Clearwater.
2. In the event said Purchaser complies with the restriction and
meets the requirements thereof, then this Agreement shall be of no further
force and effect.
