COVENANT TO RUN WITH THE LAND
The undersigned, WILLIAM NUNAMAKER and SHIRLEY NUNAMAKER,
his wife, the owners of Lots land 2, Block 8, MILTON PARK, as
recorded in Plat Book 001, Page 069, public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida; said property being located at 625 Grand Central
Avenue. Clearwater, Florida, do in order to obtain the granting
of a variance from the Ordinances of the City of, Clearwater so
as to construct a residential apartment in ML (Light Manufactur-
ing) zoned property, make this covenant to be placed upon the
Public Records of pinellas County, Florida as a covenant therein
with the land above described.
Any living quarters constructed on the above described
real property shall be limited to use and occupancy at all times
hereafter as an accessory use with and to the existing principal
structure which is conunercial in nature. That the said living
quarters shall, at no time hereafter be rented as separate living
quarters and they shall only be used and occupied by either the
owner of the real property upon which they are situate or an
officer,of the corporate owner of the property.
This restriction shall be binding upon the present owners
and all future owners of the premises, and if there shall appear
at any time hereafter to be a violation of the restrictions above
stated, t~e City of Clearwater shall and does have the right to
immediately withdraw any Certificate of occupancy previously
granted for the use of said premises as living quarters.
