COVENANT TO R UN WITH THE LAND
The undersigned, WILLIAM NUNAMAKER and JANICE NUNAMAKER,
his wife, owners of Lot 3, Block 17, Milton Park Subdivision, as recorded
in Plat Book 1, page 69 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
said property being located at 621 Pinellas Street, Clearwater, Florida,
do in order to obtain the granting of a special exception from the ordinances
of the City of Clearwater so as to construct a watchman's apartment in
ML (Light Manufacturing) zoned property, make this covenant to be placed
upon the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida as a covenant therein
with the land above described.
Any living quarters constructed on the above described real property
shall be limited to use and occupancy at all times hereafter as an accessory
use with and to the existing principal structure which is commercial in nature.
That the said living quarters shall, at no time hereafter be rented as
separate living facilities and they shall only be used and occupied by a
security employee and his immediate family.
This restriction shall be binding upon the present owners and all
future owners of the premises, and if there shall appear at any time hereafter
to be a violation of the restrictions above stated, the City of Clearwater shall
and does have the right to immediately withdraw any Certificate of Occupancy
previously granted for the use of said premises as living quarters.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned parties have hereunto set
their hands and seals at Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, this
day of January, A. D. 1979.
