THIS INDENTURE, Made and entered into
this 3 M day of' October, 1928, by and between
Chester B. McMullen, as Special Master in Chancery,
party of the first part, and William Wallace, party
of the second part;
WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, in that certain suit lately
pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial
Circuit of the State of' Florida, in and for Pine11as
County, in Chancery, where in William Wallace was
complainant and H. C. Clayton and Grace Clayton his
wife, Ward-Latham Company, a corporation, E. T. Cushing
and L. J. Dean, doing business under the name and style
of Palace Market, Merrill Stevens Dry Dock & Repair
Compan;-, a corporation, Farquar Machinery Company, a
corporation, Cameron & Barkley Comp:l.ny, a corporation,

described in said decree, and
WHEREAS, inpursunoe of sa id decree the said
party of the first part did cause the said real estate to be
advertised far sale as required by law and the rules of practice
of said Court and the terms of said decree, and at the time
and place appointed in said Notice of Sale, to wit, at and
in front of the Court House door in the City of Clearwater,
Pinellas County, Florida, on Monday, the 1st day of October,
1928, the same being a legal sales day, and wiithin the
legal hours of sale, did expose said real estate for sale
at public outcry to th~ highest and best bidder for cash,
and at sai d s ale the said William Wallace wa s the purchaser
of sa.idreal estate"::"i~l.i~,~;y~g ,bid the 9J.m 01'$3044.16
therefor, and that being the highest and best sum bid, and
WHEREAS, said sale was on the 2nd
CLay of October,
1928, duly reported to the Court and by Order entered by the
Court on the 2nd day of October, 1928, said sale was duly
confirmed, and
WHEREAS, the said party of the first part, 8S
Master in Chancery aforesaid, was by the above mentioned
Final Decree ordered to make this deed to the aforesaid
William Wallace, party of the second part;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
the sum of money so bid as aforesaid, and in orderi.:;ocarry
into effect the orders and decrees of the Court aforesaid, the
said party of the first part as Special Master in Chancery as
aforesaid, does hereby bargain, sell, grant and convey unto
the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,
all the following described land situate, lying and being in
