having to do with the property recently sold to Dr. Gordon F. Cavell,
et ux. This mortgage is to be recorded and $4. 30 worth of stamps
affixed to the note.
A six foot easement is also attached hereto which is to be recorded
and made a matter of record. I believe that technically the easement
should be accepted by the City Commission prior to recording. However,
if the minutes of the meeting covered the acceptance of the easement at
the time the sale was approved, then it will not be necessary to have
any further action of the Commission. If in your opinion, we need formal
action of the Commission, I will be glad to receive it back and have the
proper action taken.
