I I Clearwater, Florida October 17, 1973 City of Clearwater PO Box 4748 Clearwater, Florida 33518 Gentlemen: This date the transaction is being closed whereby the City of Clearwater is purchasing from me the following property: Lots 11 through 16, Block 2, Lake Belleview Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 9, page 141 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. The Agreement for Purchase and Sale of Real Estate specifies that the Seller will have the right to retain possession of the premises until April 1, 1974, unless said premises are required by the Purchaser before that date in which instance the Purchaser shall give sixty days' written notice to Seller to vacate said property. The Agreement further provides that if the Seller exercises the right to retain possession of said premises for any period after the date of closing, then the Seller shall be responsible for and pay the insurance, all utilities and maintenance of the premises and any ad valorem real property taxes on said property during said period. The Closing Statement does not show any proration of taxes and the undersigned hereby agrees that she will pay the full real estate tax bill from January 1, 1973 through the date the property is vacated and possession is delivered to the City. The undersigned further agrees that if she retains possession of the premises subsequent to January 1, 1974, she will in addition, either at the time of vacation of the premises or prior thereto, pay to the City of Clearwater her accrued portion of the real property taxes on said property for 1974, from January 1 through the date of the vacation of the premises.
