COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF CLEARWATER, INC., a Florida not-for
profit corporation, whose Post Office address is: 1014 Pennsylvania Avenue, Clearwater,
Florida 33755, hereinafter called the "Grantor", to CITYLOF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a
Municipal Corporation of the State of Florida hereinafter ailed the "Grantee°:
(Whenever used herein the term "grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this Instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of
individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations)
Witnesseth, that the grantor, for and in consideration of $10.00 and other valuable
considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all of the following parcel of real
property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, viz:
GREENWOOD MANOR, South '/Z of Lot 6 and all of Lot 7, according to the map or
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 65, Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or
in anywise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold, the same in fee simple forever.
Subject to nondelinquent ad valorem taxes and current installments of special
assessments not yet due and payable, if any; and to highways, rights-of-way, licenses, easements
and restrictions of record generally, zoning ordinances and other governmental limitations.
And the said Grantor does specifically warrant the title to said land and will defend the
same against the lawful claim of all persons claiming by, through or under Grantor except taxes
for the year 2009 and subsequent, and subject to the matters hereinabove mentioned.
In Witness whereof, the grantor has caused these presents to be executed in its name,
and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized, the
day and year first above written.
