its heirs and assigns.
The aforementioned right-of-way shall be constructed
and maintained in good repair by the Grantee at the Grantee.s
expense, and said driveway and right-of-way shall be surfaced
with an acceptable asphalt surface material.
The repairs and maintenance to be undertaken and
performed by the Grantee shall include the following:
Filling of chuckholes, re-graveling, or re-surfacing,
and such other items as from time to time may be required
to maintain the aforementioned right-of-way in an acceptable
condition for use. The Grantee shall have the right,from
time to time, as may be required, to effect ingress and
egress over the above described real property in order to
effectuate its responsibilities as set forth herein.
