alien, remise. release. convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in Pinellas
County, Florida, viz:
A 50 -foot s trip of land lying each s ide of the following des cribed centerline:
Commencing at the SW corner of Section 20, Township 28 South, Range 16
East, Pinellas County, Florida, run N890 45f34"E, 1135.93 feet along the
South line of said Section 20 to its intersection with the centerline of
Countryside Boulevard; thence Northerly 405. 06 feet along the arc of a
curve to the right, radius 1600.00 feet, chord N04tl 15'09"W, 403.98 feet;
thence N030 OO'OO"E, 257.58 feet for a P.O.B., said point being the inter-
section of the Northerly line of Westchester of Countryside, as recorded in
Plat Book 70, Pages 44 and 45, Pinellas County Records, and the centerline
of Countryside Boulevard; thence N030 OO'OO"E, 592.42 feet; thence 368.77
feet along the arc of a curve to the left, radius 2000 feet, chord N20 l6'56"W,
368.25 feet to the Point of Ending.
This Deed is given for right-of-way purposes for Countryside Boulevard.
