That the Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN AND NO/lOa
($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and
sold to Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, that certain real
property in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described on
Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the
"Property") for use as a public road right-of-way and for public uti-
lity and drainage purposes, provided, however, any such utilities or
drainage facilities may only be underground installations.

By its acceptance and recording of this Deed, the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, hereby agrees to accept the Property and
dedicate it as Public Right-of-Way.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all singular the
appurtenances thereto belonging or in any way appertaining, and all
the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever of the Grantor,
in law or in equity, to the proper use, benefit and behalf of the
Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has executed this Deed in its cor-
porate name and affixed its corporate seal as of the day and year
