WHEREAS, certain Restrictions were executed and recorded on,
Records of Pinellas County, Florida, with regard to the real property in
Section 19, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, as therein recited; and
WHEREAS, said Restrictions could not be varied without the prior
written consent of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the present owner of a portion of said property so restricted,
as hereinafter described, has requested the City of Clearwater to consent to
an Amendment of said Restrictions;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Clearwater, by its hereinafter
designated officials, does hereby consent to the Amendment of said Restrictions,
so that the following described portion of said property may be utilized for
permanent type individualized storage facilities as may be otherwise permitted
in the zoning for such area and as may be restricted by the terms and conditions
of any variance for the construction thereof as may be granted by the Board
of Adjustment and Appeal on Zoning of the City of Clearwater:

From the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township
29 South, Range 16 East, run N 89028'57" W along the North
boundary of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 19, a
distance of 100.00 feet to the West right-of-way line of U. S.
Highway 19 and the P. O. B.; thence run N 89028'57" Walong
said North boundary, a distance of 1009.47 feet; thence run
SOlo 07'36" W, a distance of 541. 48 feet to a point, said point
being the NW corner of lands described in a Mortgage to Barnett
Mortgage Trust from Bay Park Center, Inc., recorded in O. R.
Book 4064, page 1629, of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida; thence run S 89028'57" E along the Northerly boundary
of said parcel described in the aforesaid Mortgage, a distance
of 246.00 feet; thence run S 60032'18'1 E along the Northerly
boundary of said parcel described in the aforesaid Mortgage, a
distance of 264. 36 feet; thence run S 89028'57" E along the
Northerly boundary of said parcel described in the aforesaid
Mortgage, a distance of 224. 00 feet; thence run N 0 P 26'51" E,
a distance of 119.50 feet to the Southerly boundary of a parcel of
land deeded to Elbanco Realty Corporation and described in deed
recorded in O. R. Book 3990, page 1157, of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida; thence run N 89028' 57" W along said
Southerly boundary, a distance of 197.00 feet to the Westerly
boundary of said Elbanco tract; thence run N 01026'51" E along
said Westerly boundary, a distance of 250.00 feet to the Northerly
boundary of said Elbanco tract; thence run S 89028' 57" E along the
Northerly boundary of said Elbanco tract, a distance of 500.00 feet
to the West right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 19; thence run
N OP2615I" E along the West right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 19,
a distance of 300.00 feet to the P. O. B. ; LESS AND EXCEPT the

The parties hereby ratify and reaffirm all of the remaining restrictive
covenants and provisions as contained in said original restrictions recorded
in O. R. Book 3902, page 964, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
and further agree that said restrictions and covenants shall be perpetual and
shall apply to and be forever binding upon the owners, their grantees, heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns and all parties claiming
through them, and that said restrictions and covenants shall not be further
amended, changed or modified without the written consent and approval of the
City Comrnis sion of the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation.
