WHEREAS, on said date such property owner did establish and impose
certain restrictive covenants on the real property described herein, such
restrictions being set forth in an instrurrlent recorded in Official Record
Book 3587, pages 886 and 887, of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of Oakbrook Investors, Ltd., DeB
Properties, Inc. and the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the above
described property be released frOl'D all of the restrictions;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
- that for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and
valuable consideration, paid by Oakbrook Investors, Ltd. and DCB Properties,
Inc., the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the City of Clearwater,
Florida, the undersigned City of Clearwater, Florida, to whose benefit the
above cited restrictions inure, does hereby lift and remove same and terminate,
waive, and abandon any right which it may have or might hereafter have to

enforce such restrictions against the above described property.
