A. D. 19 60, by and between the STATE OF FLORIDA, by and through its
component agency, the STATE ROAD DEPARTMENT OF FLORIDA, a,s the pal.ty
of the first part, and CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation
as part y
of the second part.
WIT NE SSE T H:
WHEREAS, the land hereinafter described was heretofore
acquired for state highway purposes; and,
VlHEREAS, said land is no longer required for such purposes,
and the party of the first part, by Board action on Au~t 25, 1960 ,
pursuant to the provisions of Section 337.25, F.S.A., has agreed to
quitclaim the land hereinafter described to the party
of the
second part;
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That the party
of the first part, for and in consideration of the premises and the
sum of One Dollar and other valuable considerations to it, paid by
the party of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby
acknOWledged, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the
party of the second part, its successors
and assigns, for-
ever, all the right, title and interest of the State of Florida andl
or the State Road Department of Florida in and to the following de-
scribed real property, situate, lying and being in the County of
Pinel1as , in the State of Florida, to-wit:
That part of the right of way of State Road No. 55 located in
Pinel1as County, Florida, and described as follows: Bounded on
the south by the centerline of Be11eair Road, also known as

of Union Street extended, also known as County Roa-d-No. 194, .
lying within the distances tabulated herein, measured at right
angles to the centerline of said State Road No. 55, to-wit:

Said centerline of State Road No. 55 being described as follows:
Begin at the Southeast corner of Section 19, Township 29
South, Range 16 East, being designated as Centerline Station
896+68.40, run thence North 0058'18" East 33 feet to the
North boundary of Be11eair Road, said North boundary being
designated as Centerline Station 897+01.40; thence continue
North 0058'18" East 2653.30 feet; thence North 0024'18" East
2678.55 feet to the Northeast corner of said Section 19
(Southeast corner of Section 18, Township 29 South, Range
16 East); thence North 0035' 18" East 5369.25 feet to the
Northeast corner of said Section 18 (Southeast corner of
Section 7, Township 29 South, Range 16 East); thence North
0043'18" East 5360.26 feet to the Northeast corner of said
Section 7 (Southeast corner of Section 6, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East)b thence North 0056'18" East 2666.04 feet;

South boundary being designated as Centerline Station

and end of centerline herein described.
Grantor retains a Perpetual Easement for highway purposes over,
through and across the above-described land.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises and the appurtenances
thereof, unto the party Qf the second part, its successors and assigns
forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the State of Florida, by and through
its component agency, the State Road Department of Florida, has
caused these presents to be signed in the name of the State of
Florida and in the name of the State Road Department of Florida,
by its Executive Director, and its Seal to be hereunto affixed,
attested by its Secretary, on the date first above written.
