WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR and other valuable
consideration, to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold and transferred, and by
these presents does grant, bargain, sell and transfer unto the said
party of the second part all that certain parcel of land lying and
being in the County of Pinellas, and state of Florida, more particu-
larly described as follows:

attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
Sold and conveyed for right-of-way and drainage pur-
poses only: if said property is ever abandoned or used
for any other purpose, then and in such event, it shall
revert and become the property of the Grantors, their
heirs or assigns.

reserve all riparian rights, rights of reliction and rights
of accretion in and to the property herein conveyed.

Commence at the Southeast corner of Section 19, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East, being Coordinate Point North 11,360.97, East
31,609.34, run thence North 89004'07" West 2001. 67 feet along the
South boundary of said Section 19 for a Point of Beginning, being
Coordinate Point North 11,393.51, East 29,607.93, thence North
31058'20" East 553.24 feet, thence run North 89004'07" West to an
intersection with the shore line of the Gulf of Mexico at mean high
water line, thence Southerly following said shore line a distance of
