This Deed is a Corrective Deed for that certai,n prior Deed between
United States Steel Corporation, a ccrporation under the Laws of the State of
Delaware, authorized to transact business within the State of Florida, as
Grantor. and the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corpo:l."ation., as
Grantee, dated and executed the lUh day of September ~ 1972. recorded on
September 21, 1972, in O. R. Book 3882, page 713. of the Public Records oi
Pinellas County, Florida, which original Deed contained the following provl:3icn:
"Said land shall be used only for public municipal purposes."
The inte~t and purpose of the Grantor in executing and delivering
the said Corrective Deed is to amend the above set forth provision to
read as follows:
~Said land shall be used only for public purposes, and any
improvements on said land shall be made in a manner consistent '.vi th
the development and architecture of the adjacent areas, provided,
that if the Grantee shall not have conveyed the abovf?-c1esc;ribed Je.::Jd.

business within the State of Florida, Grantor, and CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, whose mailing
address is City Hall, Clearwater, Florida, 33516, Grantee,
WITNESSETH, That said Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considera-
tions to said Grantor in hand paid by said Grantee, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged; and specifically in full and
complete compliance with the terms and conditions of Paragraph 9
of that certain agreement between the City of Clearwater and Ed
C. Wright dated June 26, 1961, as amended by addendum executed
