THIS INDENTURE made this
as Party of the First Part and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a
municipal corporation, as Party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH, That the said Party of the First Part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable ronsiderations, paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the Party of the Second Part, its successors and assigns, the
following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas,
