That said parties of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars, to them in hand paid by party of the
second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by parties of
the first part, have granted, bargained and sold to said party of
the second part, its successors or assigns, forever, the following
described land, situate and being in the County of Pinellas and
State of Florida, to wit:
The North Fifty Feet (N 50 I) of the Northwest
Quarter (NW~) of the Southeast Quarter (SE~)
of the Southwest Quarter (SW~) of Section
Eigh teen (Jj), Townsh ip Twenty-nine South
(T 29 S), Range Sixteen East (R 16 E), said
North Fifty Feet including the North Thirty-
five Feet (N 351) of Lots Nineteen (19) and
TWenty (20) in the said Southwest Quarter (SW~)
of said Section 18-29-16 according to the map
of Pine lIas Groves as recorded in Plat Book One
(l), page F ifi;y-f ive (55), of the public records
of Pin ell as County, Florida, and the Fifteen (15)
foot strip shown on said map of Pinellas Groves
as abutting along the North boundaries of said
Lots Nineteen (19) and Twenty (20).

right-of-way purposes only.
