AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE AND SALE OF REAL ESTATE

CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred
to as Seller, and BERNARD FALCHINI and MARY A. FALCHINI, his wife,
1743 RAINBOW DRIVE,APARTMENT #5, CLEARWATER, FLORIDA 33515,
hereinafter referred to as Purchasers.
WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the payments and covenants
herein provided, and other good and valuable considerations,
Seller agrees to sell and Purchasers agree to buy the following
described real estate situate in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 11, Block D of the Edenville Subdivision,
as recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 97, of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The sale is subject to easements and restrictions
of record.
The total purchase price for said property shall be the
sum of Thirteen Thousand, Seven Hundred and Twenty Dollars
($13,720.00) net, payable at the times and in the manner following:
(a) Six Hundred and eighty-six Dollars ($686.00) received
as bid deposit, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged.
(b) Six hundred and eighty-six Dollars ($686.00) due
and payable after acceptance by the City Commission.
(c) Balance of Twelve Thousand, Three Hundred and
Forty-eight Dollars ($12,348.00) due and payable
at closing, which closing shall be on or before
April 15, 1983.
IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, Seller agrees to convey said
property to Purchasers by good and sufficient Fee Simple Deed, with
a fee simple, marketable title, free and clear of all encumbrances
of record.

Purchasers shall at their own expense pay all costs
including title insurance, survey, recording deed and the
documentary stamps to be placed thereon.
This Agreement shall be binding on the respective
personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
