of the sum of One Million Five Hundred Ninety-three Thousand
Dollars ($1,593,000.00), to it in hand paid by the Grantee,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to the Grantee forever, the land lying, situate and
being in Hillsborough County, Florida as described in Schedule A
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to
said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever.
