WHEREAS, the Cirouit Court of the Sta.te of Florida, in
and for the County of Pinellas, in Chanoery, on the twelfth
day of July, 1945, among other things ordered, a.djudged and
deoreed, in a oertain oause then pending in the sa.id Court,
between CITY OF CLEARWATER.. a Munioipal Corporation, oom-
plainant, and CERTAIN LANDS UPON WHICH TAXES AND SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS .ARE DELINQUENT, defendants, that the premises
hereinafter partioularly desoribed, be sold a.t publi 0 auo-
tion, pursuant to due notioe of the time and plaoe of sale,

AND WHEREAS, the sa.id Speoial Master, pursuant to and
in oomplianoe with the orders and deorees of the said Court
did, on the sixth day of August, 1945, sell at publio auotion
the said premises, and a.t said sale the said premises were
sold to the said party of the seoond part for the sum of
Thirty-eight thousa.nd and twel~e and no/100 ........Dolla.rs,
that being the highest sum bidden for the awne.
AND WHEREAS, the Speoial Master's Report of Sale \vas
oonfirmed by deoree of the Court entered August 27, 1945,
