WHEREAS, the Circuit Court of the State or Florida, in and for
the County or Pinellas, in Chancery, on the 18th day of November,
1938, among other things, ORDERED. ADJUDGED AND DECREED, in a certain
cause then pending in the said Court, between CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, a Municipal Corporation. Comp1ainantl and R. A. PARDUE. E~
AL, Defendants, that the premises hereinafter particularly de-
scribed, be sold at pUblic auc~ion, pursuant to due notice of the
time and place of sale, as directed by said Court's orders and decrees
in said cause ; and -
WHEREAS, the said Special Master, pursuant to and in compliance with
the orders and deorees of the said Court did. on the 5th day of
December, 1938, sell at pUblic auction the said premises, and at said
sale the said premises were sold to the said party of the second part
tor the sum of Three Thousand, One Hundred Fo~tr-seven and nO/lOa

NOW. THEREFORE. THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH :That the said Special
