THIS INDENTURE, Executed this the 8th day of December
193'7, between CYRIL E. POGUE, as SPECIAL MASTER IN CHANCEHY, of
the first part, and CITY OF CLEARWATER. FLORIDA, a Municipal Cor-
poration, of the second part;
WHEREAS, the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, in and for the
County of Pinellas, in Chancery, on the 19th day of November, 1937,
among other things, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, in a certain
cause then pending in the said Court between CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, a Municipal Corporation, Complainant, and CERTAIN LANDS
UPON WHICH TP~ES AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ARE DELINQUENT, Defendants,
that the mortgaged premises hereina.t"t~r particularly described, be
sold at public auction, pursuant to due noticeo~ the time and place
of sale, as directed by said Court's orders and decrees in said cause ;
and -
WHEREAS, the said Special Master, pursuant to and in compliance with
the orders and decrees cC the said Court did, on the 6th day of
December, 1937, sell at public auction the said mortgaged premises,
and at said sale the said mortgaged premises were sold to the said
party of the second part for the sum of Six Thousand, Five Hundred
Sixty-two and 58/100 ----------------------------------- Dollars,
that being the highest sum bidden ~or the same.
NOW. ~lIEREFORE..TH:rs INDENTURE V1ITNESSETII : That the-'sa 111 Special
Master, in order to carr7 into effect the said sale so made as
aforesaid, in pursuance of the ordera and decrees of the said Court
in consideration of the premises, and of the said sum o~ Six Thousand,
Five Hundred Sixty-two and 58/100 ----------------------- Dollars,
paid by the said party of the second/part, the receipt whereof is
