nesseth that,
WHEREAS the Circuit Court of the Sixth JUdicial Circuit
of the State of Florida in and for Pinellas County, in Chancery,
on the 26th day of FeQruary, 1934, among other things, ordered, ad-
judged and decreed in that certain cause then pending in said Court
wherein CITY OF CLEARWATER, a Municipal Corporation, was complainant
and HAL T. MORRISON, asT1"Ustee, was defendant, that the mortgaged
~ premises described im. said deeree and hereinpartlcularly described,
be sold at public' auc1don-'a~te:r :firs tgl'v1n.B_ Do~1ce as required by
said decree of the ti.e and place of sale in sane newspaper of
general circulation published in P1nellas County, Florida, and,
WHEREAS the said Ralph E. Richards, tid on the 2nd day
of July, 1934 sell at public auction the said mortgaged property
hereinafter partiCularly described, after due notice had been given
by publication of the time and place of sale with a description of
the lands to be sold, agreeable to the order as aforesaid, at
which sale the said lands hereinafter described were sold to the
said parties of the 2nd part for the sum of Five Thousand Dollars

NOW THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: that the said
Ralph E. Richards, as Special Master in Chancery, in order to carry
