First Addition to Norwood Subdivision DATE: 11/4/47 . /0 - J-cr~ IJ Attached for recording is warranty deed from W. S. Wightman et ux to the City covering the above property. This is a part of the "buffer zonelt purchase which the City Commission has directed. The actual purchase price for this property was $2,325.00 but the seller allowed a credit in the sum of $12.46 re~re- senting $7.75 for State and Federal revenue stamps and $4.71 as the seller's portion of the 1957 real estate taxes. The City Clerk will please obtain from the City Treasurer the sum of $7.75 for State and Federal revenue stamps and the sum of $1.75 to cover cost of recording the deed and have it recorded. Att. I am informed that the full amount of 1957 taxes on this pro- perty is $6.00. Either the Clerk or the Treasurer should re- quest a duplicate statement for 1957 and should pay the 1957 taxes less the 4% discount.
