THIS INDENTURE, made this 23rd day of June, A.D.
1954, by and between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a muni-
cipal corporation and HERBERT M. BROWN, JACK RUSSELL, W. E.
STRANG, JR., JOHN W. BATES and GUY L. KENNEDY as Trustees of
the Sinking Fund of the City of Clearwater, Florida, parties
of. the first part, and CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH: That the parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other
good and valuable considerations to them in hand paid by said
party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and de-
livery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and con-
firmed unto the said party of the second part, and to its
successors, and assigns forever, all the following piece,
parcel, lot or tract of land, situate, lying and being in the
County of Pinellas, State of Florida, and described as follows,
to-wit:
That portion of the replat of the New Country
Club Addition Subdivision according to the map
or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20,
Page 64 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, more particularly described
as: All of Block E and that portion of Block
D bounded by Palmetto Street on the North,
Missouri Avenue on the East, Seminole Street
on the South and Block E on the West.
TOGETHER "WITH all and singular"the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belong or appertaining;
and every right, title or interest, legal or equitable, of the
said parties of the first part of, in and to the same.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party
of the second part, its successors and assigns to its own
