described as follows:

Thence with an angle to the Southwest to a point in the
south property line which is thirty (30) feet west of
the Southeast corner. All being in Lot two (2)PENNSYLVANIA
SUBDIVISION, as filed in plat book 21, page 80 of the
publ:tc records of Pine 11 a s County, Florida.
To be used by the City as an easement or right-or-way for a storm
sewer, none of the co~t of installation of which is to be assessed
against the grantors herein, their successors or assigns. Grantors
hereby give party of the second part the right to enter upon other
property owned by them,of which the above is a part, for the purpose
of repairing or removing said storm sewer, and agree not to erect eny
building or structure, on 0 r across said easement without the consent
of party of the second part.
