for a storm sewer, none of the cost of installation
of which is to be assessed against the grantors herein,
thei r successors or assigns.
Grantors hereby give party of the second part the right to
enter upon other property owned by them of which the above
is a part for the purpose of repairing or removing said
storm sewer, arlli agree not to erect any building or structure
on or across said easement without the consent of party of
the s ecorid part.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, with
