County, Florida.
To be used by the City as an e asem~nt or right-of-way for
a storm sewer, none of the cost of installation of which
is to be assessed against the grantors herein, their suc-
cessors or assigns.
Grant or~ hereby gives party of the second part the right to
enter upon other property owned by him, of which the above
is a part, for the purpose of repairing or removinp; siid
storm sewer, and agrees not to erect any building or structure
on or across said easement without the consent of par ty of

Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, with
every pnvilege, ritht, title, interest and estate, dower and ritht of dower, reversion,
remainder and easement thereto belontint or in anywise appertainint:
