OPTION TO PURCHASE

1976, by and between ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUSTRIES, IN '., a

Florida corporation, hereinafter called Purchaser, and the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called
Seller;
WITNESSETH:
In consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, said Seller hereby grants unto the Purchaser
an Option to Purchase from Seller on or before ninety (90) days from date
hereof, that certain piece of real estate sitm ted in the County of Pinellas,
State of Florida, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
The West One-half (1/2) of Lot 6 of Clearwater Industrial
Park, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 44, page 46, of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida; subject to easements and restrictions of
record,
for the sum of Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($18,500.00) per acre,
subject to survey of said Lot.
In the event the Purchaser exercises this Option in accordance with
its terms, the $500.00 previously paid shall be applied against the purchase
price.
Written notice of the exercise of this Option shall be furnished to the City
Manager, PO Box 4748, Clearwater, Florida 33518, on or before ninety (90)
days from the date hereof. Seller hereby agrees to furnish Purchaser a title
insurance policy on the real property covered hereunder in the amount of the
full purchase price showing good merchantable title on or before thirty (30)
days after written notice of the exercise of this Option is received by the City
Manager, and to give to Purchaser complete and peaceful possession of said
premises on date of closing.
It is mutually understood between the parties hereto that no commission
is due any real estate broker or salesman.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Seller and Purchaser have caused
these presents to be executed in their respective names with the appropriate
officers of the City executing the same and approved as to form and correctness
by the City Attorney and its corporate seal hereunto attached, the day and
year fir st above written.
