ASSIGNMENT
CONSULTANTS, INC. hereby assigns all its right, title and interest
in and to that certain Real Estate Contract, dated November 20, 1969, between
the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation, as Seller, and
Consultants, Inc., a Florida corporation, as Purchaser, to Marshall K.
Kent and Reva C. Kent, his wife, which contract provided for the purchase
for the sum of $21,700.00 the following described real property situate in
Pinellas County, Florida:
The Northerly Portion of Lot 15 of Clearwater Industrial
Park, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 44, page 46, Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, containing 4. 34 acres,
and hereby directs the City of Clearwater, Florida, to transfer the title to
said real property to said assignees.
