the action taken by said Resolution No, 58-48;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby '
formally reaffirms its recommendations to the Pinellas County Navigation'
and Water Control Authority as to the setting of bulkhead lines within the
limits of the City of Clearwater and immediately adjacent thereto as set
forth in Resolution No. 58-48 together with the maps attached thereto,
which said Resolution was passed on June 16, 1958.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution shall be sent forthwith to
the Chairman of the Pinellas County Commission, acting as Pinellas County
Navigation and Water Control Authority.

RESOLUTION
No. 64 - 127
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater passed
Resolution No. 58-48 on June 16, 1958, containing certain recommendations
to the Pinellas County Navigation and Water Control Authority for the
setting of bulkhead lines within the limits of the City; and
WHEREAS, this said Resolution No. 58-48 was passed after
recommendation from the City Engineer and after a public hearing on the
recommendations had been held and objections thereto considered; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission is now desirous of reaffirming
