WHEREAS, there is now due and payable to the Utility Operating
Fund of the City of Clearwater for the following miscellaneous expenses:
Raybro Electric Supplies, Inc. for materials
for new City warehouse job $43.59
Stockroom issue chargeable to new City
warehouse job 107.40
for a total reimbursement to Utility Operating Fund of $150.99;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $484. 34 be paid to the General Fund of the City
of Clearwater and the sum of $150. 99 be paid to the Utility Operating Fund
of the City of Clearwater, for a total reimbursement to the City of
Clearwater of $635. 33 from the Construction Trust Fund by the Bank of
Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust
Fund Agreement dated July 18, 1961, which Construction Trust Fund is derived
from proceeds of the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates, Series
of 1960.

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has previously paid out of its
funds sums to cover certain miscellaneous expenses as hereinafter set out;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater should now be reimbursed for such
sums expended from the Construction Trust Fund derived from the proceeds
of the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates, Series of 1960; and
WHEREAS, there is now due and payable to the General Fund of the
City of Clearwater for certain miscellaneous expenses, the following sums:

to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of
