WHEREAS. Clyde J. Keys, Pinellas County Clerk and long time
resident of the County, died on August 18, 19641 and
WHZ!l1tiA6, the raid Clyde J. Keys has for many years rendered
outstanding ssrWae to the State of Florida. and Pinellas County by bin
t,r unselfish contribution of time and energy to the development of our said
state and Countyi and
WHZREAS, the City of Clearwater bas reason to feel a very real
and deep sense of lose in his deatb because of his contributions to the civic
and cultural development of this community; and
