WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Commission of
the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the property described be-
lost should be cleaned of weeds, grass and/or underbrush, and that =r?„uF?;x,?y
after ten (10) days notice and failure of the owner thereof to
do so, the City should clean such property and charge the coots
thereof against the respective property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT U-SOLVED by the City Commission of
the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the following described pro-
'I party, situate in said City, shall be cleaned of weeds, groan andjor
underbrush within ten (10) days after notice in writing to the owners
thereof to do so and that upon failure to comply with said notice, the
{^ City shall perform such cleaning and charge the costa thereof against
