City officials to execute same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered
to execute a certain agreement with the Seaboard Aix Line Railroad Company
in connection with the laying, maintaining and operating under the tracks and
property of Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company a line of 18-inch gravity
flow storm sewer pipe in or near Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida,
crossing under the RailroadIs tracks at a point 2, 816 feet, more or less,
northwardly from its Mile Post 875 at Drew Street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th+ day of June, A. D. 1964.
