NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater, is hereby authorized and empowered to
execute a certain agreement with the Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company
in connection with the laying, maintaining and operating a line of 3.5 inch
(0. D. ) black steel pipe within a 6.625 inch (O. D.) black steel casing pipe
in or near Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, crossing under the property
and tracks of the Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company 1, 1690 feet, more or
less, northwardly from its Mile Post 875.
