RESOLUTION
No, 64 -59
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has previously paid out of its
funds a' sum covering certain material used in the construction of the
new City warehouse; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater should now be reimbursed for
such sum expended from the Construction Trust Fund derived from the
proceeds of the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates, Series of
1960; and
WHEREAS, there is now due and payable to the General Fund of the
City of Clearwater the following:
Storeroom issue from Electrical Department
chargeable to new City warehouse $116.14
for a total reimbursement to General Fund of $116, 14;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $116. 14 be paid to the General Fund of the City
of Clearwater from the Construction Trust Fund by the Bank of Clearwater,
Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement
dated July 1B, 1961, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from
proceeds of the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates, Series of 1960.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith to
said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of the
City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to the
said City of Clearwater forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B) and other
provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 1964.
