NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater, is hereby authorized and empowered to
execute a certain agreement with the Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company,
bearing date of C2/;64? 6.v / .Ple 4 in connection with the laying,
maintaining and operating a line of 17.40 inch (O. D.) cast iron gravity sanitary
sewer pipe in or near Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, crossing under
the property and tracks of the Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company 261 feet,
more or less, northeastwardly from its Mile Post 873.
