WHEREAS, it has been Jointly requested by Trinity Baptist
?Y"''• `' Church, by and through its Pastor and Board of Trustees, the owners
of Lots 195, 196, 197, 204, 205 and 206 and b Blackburn Brothers
Land Development, a partnership consisting of William G. Blackburn and
,,°',;='•-`:: f._ Wallace W. Blackburn, as partners, the owners of Lots 198 to 203, in-
kr`ff° elusive, and'the City of Clearwater, Florida, as the owner of Lots 194,
207 and 208, all in Mornin side Estates, Unit 1, that the City of Clearwater,
Florida, vacate that certain 15 foot wide platted and dedicated drainage
and utility easement passing through said described property in a North
and South direction, and

easement is not necessary nor required and it is deemed to be to the best

COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER FLORIDA
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following:
That portion of a 15 foot wide drainage and utility easement
runing in a North and South direction, being bounded on
the West by lots 201 thru 208, and bounded on the East by
Lots 194 thru 200, all in Morningside Estates, Unit 1,
according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
59, pages 58 and 59 of the Public records of Pinellas
County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and
interest thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto
by 1 aw.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished to Trinity
Baptist Church and to Blackburn Brothers Land Development.
