NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $801.25 be paid to the Utility Fund of the
City of Clearwater, the sum of $263.86 be paid to the General Fund of the
City of Clearwater, and the sum of $674. 00 be paid to the City of Clearwater
Treasurer's Escrow Account, for a total reimbursement to the City of
Clearwater of $1, 739. 11, from the Construction Trust Fund by the Bank
of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust
Fund Agreement dated truly 18, 1961, which Construction Trust Fund is
derived from proceeds of the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates,
Series of 1960.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith to
said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of the
City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sums directly to
the said City of Clearwater forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B) and
other provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this Znd day of March, 1964.
