WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property should be formally dedicated as street right of way
as the same is to be used for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
street by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as a public street for use by the general public, and the City of
Clearwater, generally as their interests may appear;
The South 40 feet of the following described property: Begin
at the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 11,
Township 29 South, Range 15 East, thence run N 89o14t3611 W,
r-'`'r- a distance of 801. 01 feet to the point of beginning; thence run
N 89°1493611 W, a distance of 532.54 feet to a concrete rnonu-

ment, said monument being the SE corner of the SW-1/4 of the
NE-1/4 of Section 11; thence run N 89otOtl611 W, a distance of
136. 58 feet to a point; thence run N 002712111 E, a distance of
976. 12 feet to a point; thence run S B9o20t3911 E, a distance of
s 669. 12 feet to a concrete monument; thence run S 002712111 W,
a distance of 977.07 feet to the point of beginning.
2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
