WHEREAS, the Clearwater East Bridge is a part of the State Highway

: WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has retained the old East bridge
structure for the sole purpose of permitting the citizens of and visitors to
Clearwater to fish thereform; and

. FOLLOWS:
1. That the City of Clearwater hereby officially requests the
Florida State Road Department to install signs on the Clearwater East
Bridge prohibiting fishing at any place thereon in order to facilitate the
flow of traffic on Highway 60.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be sent to the Florida
State Road Department, Tallahassee, Florida.
