WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida, has heretofore sold

and delivered 1, 100, 000 Incinerator Revenue Bonds pursuant to Ordinance
+''',:.>,,`::' •.= No. 954, enacted on November 26, 1962; and
WHEREAS the interest on said Incinerator Revenue Bonds is due and
payable on February 1, 1964; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to advance $18, 218.75 for payment of
said interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $18, 218. 75 be paid from the Construction Trust
fund by the First National Bank of Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of
Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated April 1, 1963, which Construction
Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of Incinerator Revenue
Bonds, Series of 1963, to the Chase Manhattan Bank, New York City,
New York.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which paid certified copy shall constitute the direction of
the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to
the said Chase Manhattan Bank forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (C)
and other provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
