WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the iic'reiriaft
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as street right of way
although the same is to be used for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
streets by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as public streets for use by the general public, and the City of
Clearwater, generally as their interests may appear:
The South 40 feet and the East 50 feet of the S-112 of the
NE-1/4 of the SE-1/4 of Section 24, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East, less existing right of way.
2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of January, 1964.
