by the City of Clearwater to perform services as covered by the statement

and there is clue and payable said printers from the City of Clearwater

October 1, 1962, copy of which is hereto attached and by reference made

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE

is WATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND
REGULARLY ASSEMBLED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $1, 023, 00 be paid from the Construction Trust
Fund by the First National Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida,
Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated October Z9,
1962, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale
of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1962.
Z. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction
of the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly
to the said printers forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B) and
other provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement,
