RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida, has heretofore sold
and delivered $1,500, 000 Bridge Revenue Bonds pursuant to Ordinance
No. 910, enacted on November 6, 1961; and
WHEREAS, the interest on said Bridge Revenue Bonds is duo and
payable on November 1, 1962; and
WHEREAS it is necessary to advance the bank's fee for handling
said interest coupons;
# NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,

= rL f }?? ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS;
1. That the sum of $75.00 be paid from the Construction Trust
Fund by the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof
of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated February 19, 1962, which
,r.??,?.• ;??., Construction Trust Fund if; derived from proceeds of the sale of Bridge
Revenue Bonds, Series of 1960, to the Chase Manhattan Bank, New York

?•? r?;h Z. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction
f ?,e; of the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly
