WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida, has heretofore :told
and delivered $1, 500, 000 Bridge Revenue Bonds pursuant to Ordinance
^7,° No. 910, enacted on November 6, 1961; and =
WHEREAS the interest on said Bridge Revenue Bonds is due and
?`• ;?t't t?'._i payable on November 1, 1962; and
WHEREAS in order to ay the said interest it is necessary to transfer $35, 625.00 from the Construction Trust Fund derived from =I ; 4
proceeds of the sale of Bridge Revenue Bonds Series of 1960, to
City of Clearwater Bridge Revenue Bond Interest and Sinking Fund;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA

ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $35, 625.00 be paid from the Construction
Trust Fund by the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, Trustee
thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated February 19, 1962,
which Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of
Bridge Revenue Bonds, Series of 1960.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction
of the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly
to the said City of Clearwater Bridge Revenue Bond Interest and Sinking
Fund forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (c) and other provisions of
said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October, 1962.
